The Bible tells us we are healed by the stripes of the Lord Jesus Christ (Isaiah 53:5). Therefore, we should be praying for ourselves and our children to live in the fullness of that promise. The Lord is faithful to His children. Below is a prayer for your child to have great health. I recommend praying it a few times a week and of course, you can add to it what you wish.
For Boys
Lord,
I pray in the name of Jesus for my child, (name of child).
May he filled with great health as a blessing from You.
Protect him from any illness, sickness, infirmity, or disease.
If there is any illness currently working against him, pass onto him Your healing power and make him whole again.
Keep Your hand on him and keep him from an injury or destruction that may try to come onto him.
Whenever he goes to a doctor, give that doctor divine wisdom and knowledge in treating him.
I thank You for dying on a cross and shedding Your blood for us to be healed from sin and the consequences of it.
I speak this promise over my child.
Thank You for all You do.
